A fine dish with scallops is amazingI love both but small edge to shrimps for variety and versatility.

I was once in the Horseshoe casino eating at Binion's Steakhouse and they had a special of the day for appetizer called Coconut Prawn and it was served with an orange mamelade. Anyway, point of the story is they bring it to me and it was the biggest shrimp I've ever seen. Served with a fork and a knife so you could eat it like a steak. I had no idea prawn got that big. Delicious.
Can’t beat a good paella, I’m off to Madrid in a couple of weeks and you can be damn sure I’ll be getting in on some of that...I love a variety of seafood but I've never had a seafood Paella. Now I'm thinking I need to find one. Its generally cooked in one big pot and can have different recipes but basically its a variety of shrimp, muscles, fish, lobster, etc. and its traditionally served with rice but there are variations on that as well.
