Russia hardly used their airforce at all. You seem to have a flawed understanding of what really happened. Are you suggesting Russia used all of their military might in the first month of the war?

North Korea and Iran aren't ex Soviet states and the Serbians stand strongly with Russia becsuse they have seen the other side of NATO. Lol @ "slowly backing out"

There's a reason why Russians 'barely used their airforce'......It's surprising you don't know that or feign ignorance....Russians are scared to use their airforce....even a year into this conflict Russians don't have air superiority....It's comical...getting your planes shot down time and again will do that to you...

War in Ukraine Strains Ties Between Putin and His Old Serb Ally
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic used to speak regularly with his Russian counterpart. The conflict is now testing relations between the two.

Serbia, traditionally one of Russia’s closest allies in Europe, is trying to put some distance between itself and Moscow as the war in Ukraine strains ties between the two countries and their leaders.

In an interview in Belgrade, President Aleksandar Vucic dismissed territorial claims in Ukraine by Vladimir Putin and predicted the “worst is yet to come” for the conflict as both sides dig in. Vucic, who had dozens of meetings with Putin in recent years and took Russian lessons to be able to speak with him directly, said he hadn’t talked with his counterpart for “many months.”

“We, from the very beginning, said that we were not able and we could not support Russia’s invasion against Ukraine,” Vucic said at his residence in the Serbian capital on Tuesday. “For us, Crimea is Ukraine, Donbas is Ukraine — and it’ll remain so.”

They don't want to do that unless they have to. The Soviet Union built all of the infrastructure in Ukraine and eastern Europe and Moscow defaulted on that debt to the IMF when the soviet unuon collapsed. They would much rather not have to rebuild it. Instead their plan is to install a Pro Russian government there which would have happened already if the president of Ukraine wasn't a Soros funded western puppet who will make The Ukrainians fight to the last man.
What in the all-time nonsense is even going on with this post lol

Russia barely uses their airforce because Ukr still does have S 300 and Buk launchers and some missiles.
Also these aren't export versions.
They mainly does have versions for USSR produced in 1974-1991 th.

If even Georgia managed to shot down Tu 22 with Buk missile....

Then is clear why Ukraine isn't Alepo....

Ofc Russia might use S 300 and S 400 SAM missiles in ground to ground mode ( with little precision ) etc stuff: to intercept them is more difficult than some Thocka missile....

In low level ceiling they can't use aviation normally cos MANPADS....
Defense systems vs MANPADS doesn't work well in Ukraine...

As for S-300 big difference between export and domestic version is in radars and coordination blocks ....

USSR times: export version can't use blocks produced for USSR....
While missiles: yeah.
Variants produced for USSR are able to use export and domestic missile variants...in general....

It isn't technically possible to upgrade export version of S 300 till level designed for USSR or Russia .. .

Russia still didn't managed to destroy any single HIMARs launcher...
0.
+ unlike propaganda told in internet, they also didn't had managed to intercept even 1 single HIMARS 227 mm missile.
This is reality vs propaganda ....

looks like Ukraine is getting GLSDB. I think its also for our own curoisty to see how it does. I think the us army and marines might want order some GLSDB.

Id really be interested in seeing the K2 panther get offered.

BTW both sides: Ukr and Rus air def is helpless vs artillery and MRLS, even old Grad 122 mm MRLS.....

It isn't some palestine where terrorists usually are launching 1-2-8 Grad 122 mm missiles.

Ukr and Rus are using them according to USSR textbooks and this really isn't fun for side attacked......

Also HIMARS are used not as solo.

While technically is possible to intercept Grad missile, due to usage algos it is absolute nightmare for any air defense.
Cos it isn't precise weapon but tool to shell certain area, for better effectivity usually are used launchers - trucks with 40 Grad missile tubes .....
Launcher, depending from model might discharge all these 40 missiles in 20-60 seconds ....
Usually tactique is this:
location from where to fire and target are scheduled before action.

Loaded launchers in group are arriwing in launch area and pressing buttons.
After last missile is fired, launchers ASAP are relocated from this area....
__
+ Grad and Uragan launchers might be used for mines disposal ( warhead then is container with small mines ) and against air def systems to cover some action ( for this purpose casual warheads might be used or special warheads with dipoles .....to confuse radar based SAM systems )....
+ Grad missile is cheap:(.
Number of them in dumbass is very high:(.

Not likely they will get these ....even after 3 years IMHO NO.
K-2 is even more high tech than LeClerk.
If compare with this, some old Leopard is easier to service and repair.

Ofc tankman might be trained easier than it is assumed in mass media.
It is the same as with airplanes: the more modern device is, it is better exactly cos training time is .....reduced...

While technicians and engineers to do maintenance and repairs: there is opposite thing: more automatisation = longer training time is required to learn how to do maintenance and repairs .....even for experienced specialists with exp with other systems ...

If about humanity : russia from february 2022 th doesn't have any humanity....

They even then had shelled empty churches and used spec ops dressed as casual civilians etc...
Also were episodes when abadoned graveyards had been shelled, warehouses with wheat and corp etc...

Evacuation corridors frequently are shelled with artillery and MRLS, mortars.
About this bunches of reports and videos are provided to this useless U.N joke org.

They even had shelled inspectors and these western journalists....doctors etc...

Surovikin isn't fired .....he still is working, however general Gerasimov now is boss in dumbass....

From one point it is very bad for Ukr military: he is tech type thinking officer....
From other point it isn't so bad for civilians...

Gerasimov looks that most likely didn't had supplied mercenaries with casual stuff like vacuum bombs, napalm and phosphourus to take small villages and these small cities.

Looks that most likely he is thinking that there might be civies waiting for liberators to come.....

It's simple. The Soviet Union borrowed from the IMF which is what allowed them to fund and build the infrastructure in Ukraine and most of Eastern Europe.
When the Soviet Union collapsed that debt still had to be covered by Moscow.

Russia doesn't want to destroy Ukraine because they will have to take out more debt to rebuild it. They would much rather demilitarize Ukraine and install a Pro Russian govt which is what 40% of Ukrainians voted for anyways.

Yeah I'm sure it would have been nice to just take over a country with no fight lol
Brb, mass bombing the civilian electrical grid lmao

Russia doesn't want to take over Ukraine but they won't allow a Bush/Clinton/Obama neo CIA state there either.

Hungary is really special cancer in EU and NATO even if we are not talking about war in Ukraine.

Orban is so pro Kremlin oriented that Hungary had attempted to block a lot of decisions in EU and NATO even before invasion.
A lot ....it is total cancer and nightmare.....

Austria is different case: they like Switzerland are neutral country.

They really can't send weapons to Ukr cos their constitution...
They need referendum to change constitution...

While with money they really might had helped more. This is reality....

Austria technically might sell weapons to some EU/ EEZ country and then...this country might sell or just send them to Ukr ...
They can't to send weapons directly to Ukr.....

I don't think that today positive result in referendum might be achieved in order to change constitution in Austria.
