Ok, we've seen this post 3x already. We get it that you think any money can be transferred from one government to another without any holes in the bucket.

That's not how it has or ever worked. I wish there were ZERO graft, but it's government and that's how government works, because if someone speaks out about it, they're called "socialist, liberal, communist". If you don't believe me about graft, see how Russia is sending in troops with MRE's that expired 7 years ago.

my 2cents is that China gave signs of not being so enthusiast about Russian invasion of Ukraine done in that way, for many reasons, but have to stick with the team
Later America an China flexing made that stance more solid, but at begin China felt conflicted about their positioning

Ukraine trying to paint herself as good deal may try to play on that

Yeah agreed. There's graft in US defense spending. Imagine how much there is in corrupt places in the former Soviet Union.

They need high tech stuff from EU and Commonwealth and U.S and EEZ...even from South Korea and Japan.
Expensive USD and EUR is good thing for their export...
Cheap crude oil is very good for China and bad for Russia...
Etc differences...
+ China needs also commodities from Canada and Aussies not just from Russia....
+ their market to sell their own factories crap...

& even pumps and turbines from Germany, bearings from aporox 22 " enemies " countries and pumps from Canada and U.K plus engines from South Korea and even Finland and for a reason...
