Alot of their civilian infrastructure is destroyed. It make sense that structural or geographical strong men or people shady ties would be needed to move shit around a war torn country.

I think this may be a bit misleading. All other sources I've seen related to Ukraine/China are saying Zelensky wants to meet with Xi to ask for China to put pressure on Russia to end the war (which would make more sense) but apparently the talks never even happened.

In regards to rebuilding Ukraine, I saw this saying Zelesky urged China to participate with the rest of the international communinty in the reconstruction effort. But that sure is different than saying he wants to sign some exclusive deal with China as that Breitbart headline made it seem. Either way, doesn't seem likely that any of that will happen.

Using civilians as human shields is good for the PR war. Storing munitions in schools and shopping malls, for example, then when they are bombed, they can claim “Look!! They are bombing schools!!”.

Schools story is amazing and looks that is made up with hope that no one here knows what stuff is school built in USSR since 1970 ies....

They does have remarkable common things:
1. If school didn't had been designed to have dormitory for students...it isn't suitable to live in for long period.
2. They unlike factories usually were built without bomb shelters in buildings...
3. Their location was well defined even in casual maps designed for use by average joe - civilian. Available for everyone...
4. Their design patterns are mainly to ensure enough light in rooms even from natural day light....
This means large windows, relatively high number of them etc...

About giant ammo warehouses in shopping malls too is laughable dreams....

New shopping malls are built by private businesses...with pattern to get as high profit in short term as it is possible.
Not to built " fortress " type or factory type building designed to be used for 100 years and longer periods...

So automatically ....their structural strength reserves for sure are " super fortress level " LOL....

+ locations well known and marked in cards: from cards on paper till digital maps....
Actually their coordinates are well advertised in public media in order to get....more clients!

+ at least largest part of these buildings are accessible for casuals from steeet....

+ Ukr not likely does have so much ammo that they might afford to fill random shopping mall with ammo.

Pretty opposite...most likely all they get is distributed ASAP and in small batches...

They most likely even had mobilized males teachers and females teachers had been told to evacuate etc...

One guy had posted approx 17750 posts in russian and english language in xx places.
In order to justify invasion and war, indirectly with narrative and propaganda support...
Later he get more nasty and openly supported invasion...

Then he get further and further....till sending e-mails with direct threats to use explosives in EU countries...

He assumed that VPN is saviour and started to sent e-mails to embassies too.
In total he during 20 hours had sent 238 emails with direct death threats...embassies, politicians...
Now is in prison cell...
Another beauty a bit lesser nasty already had get some hours to work for society and to pay fine and court expenses...
