I'm not an expert about Ukraine..
Still...it easily to see historical flowchart how frequently changed top xx rulers in Ukraine. With real hard facts.
IMHO if Zelensky didn't liked, anyone might just to wait until next elections not to invade or threat Ukraine.
Then in next elections most likely with Zelensky had happened the same like with...Poroshenko had happened.

Casual rusification process like under Joseph Stalin.
1. remove part of locals and replace them with russians.
Nothing new since 1939 th ....
2. some % from locals ofc will be placed in prisons and filtration camps for further evaluation and investigation.
3. If will be lack of some essential workers or teachers: most likely will be used workforce like: russian speakers from Russia.
4. Books for schools etc will be delivered to people's republic of Luhansk from Russia ....ofc in russian language.

6. Advertised to use russian media approwed by Kremlin.
7. Local rulers in different levels and positions: selected from russians and some % will be delivered from Russia.
