On a side note I've seen it pointed out that fat general that got posted was likely some random Ukrainian border official. Apparently the camo and hat match the Ukrainian style

So does anyone have anything about whats going on? According to so of the sites that collate reports and update maps like https://defensepoliticsasia.com/ukraine/ the refinery near Lysychansk is now being fought over and if taken it would effectly cut off all remaining defenders in the town.

I posted an overview of the situation in all fronts from a russian independent source today a few posts earlier.

But in case you didn't read it (it was a long post sorry) here's what is said regarding your question:

the possibility of a gradual (certainly with fighting) withdrawal of the garrison of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Seversk and the completion of the battle for this area within a week

So we should probably expect in around a week time the ukrainian retreat from the first line of defense to the second line which is Soledar-Bakhmut-Siversky. How long will the defense on that second line last nobody can predict? Even an immediate all out assault from the russians on the forehead of that line isn't guaranteed. Focus might switch to an entirely different part of the front in July.
