Plus I didn't had get why westerners are thinking that they for example might easily negotiate with Putin if they will have 1 vs 1 conversation.
Putin is very highly skilled how to talk with ppl. He had been specially taught how to work for KGB as officer with...westerners..foreigners...and soviet spymasters ( spies curators and recruiters ).
Later he was KGB ( FSB ) director. For a reason.
I better want to have Putin in aggressive mode barking and yelling, expressing threats etc rather than. PUTIN - friendly mode.
Putin does have high level skills in psychology in depth how to talk with ppl in friendly manner, polite and it will look like soft light talk without pressure....

Now he wants to get big name in history in order that after 100 years kids will learn about him in school history classes. Worldwide.
He obivously wants history students in unis even after 100 and 200 years to get taught about him.
For a reason he mentioned big historical figures and in a lot of cases blamed them for something according to him wrong ...while appreciated them for some other things they had did.
Literally he looks that wants to be better and more impactful than Peter I Tzar, Tzar Nicolas II, Lenin, Stalin ....he does wants to leave more impact in history than these....

1. West ( dunno who ) should not send or sell weapons or ammunition for Ukraine.
2. Ukraine should relocate their armed forces from Kherson, Zaporozia, Donetsk and Luhansk oblastjs.
After this quitin will start discuss about other stuff and ceasefire.
Plus demands from Lavrov and Peskov and drunk Zaharova are more aimed on west: " You will not sell or othervise provide any weapons or ammunition for Ukraine. ".

Funny, 1. Estonia doesn't have crude oil refinery. ..so what they will do with crude oil? Maybe burn in furnaces?
