btw ukr too had did a lot of mistakes. If even from hardcore pro ukr guys about shit with one brigade.
Ukr ofc aren't complete idiots and had sent approx 1700-1800 to train in west and these weren't with 0 war experience.....
So west had trained approx 3 batallions ( these ).
Then when they were back in Ukr, Ukr needed to call this stuff as ....brigade.
More perssonell needed, so added approx 1300 soldiers from other units and approx 2000 guys after recent busification...
Now they had approx 5000 guys and on paper it is better than 1700 or 3000.

Till they get that that such unit needed damn a lot of time and recources in order to look where are and what stuff are doing these 2000 guys from busification.

Uf for russia motivation level of pro soldiers is different and this does matter a lot.

Most dangerous pro soldiers are these who applied in 2022 th and then already were pros.

Most likely when they will get first abadoned village, sooner or later will be referendum in village....
