“The United States will communicate to Russia that Russian reciprocity is the key to achieving peace,” it said.

The two sides met for over eight hours in the Saudi port city Tuesday."

Not totally true the ATACMS where later the Biden Administration stated any attempted at attacking within Russia period. Ukraine did not enter russian region of kursk till the US gave them permission and the US of ATACMS. 1) Zelensky didn't refuse to participate in any peace talks, quite the contrary, Trump refused Ukraine the chance to participate in the first Saudi Arabia talks.

Zelensky was not invited to the talks, but there was nothing preventing him from showing up.

2) Zelensky's approval rating was at 55% or something when Trump said it was at 4%, now is at 67% now that Trump is apparently a Russian asset.

That is only for 30 days and with Russia also agreeing to it which they have not done yet.
