SK stuff they will not install in Ukraine, so remains 20 launchers holy yanks managed to deliver and even this might happen only if Trump and Pentagon will sign permits. Ukr isn't NATO or EU country.
BTW HIMARS does have very good truck base usable for other tasks too but it is overpriced.....ppl does knows reason: speed of missiles delivery.....money for obsolete stuff.
Better U.S had purchased somewhere these old missiles from 1990 ies, for example old stuff like 165 km range missile with 560-570 kg cluster warhead version. Completely immune for radioelectronic warfare like GPS jamming and spoofing. Larger warhead and lesser radar reflection effective cross section than Thocka U. Faster.
Such kind of old stuff looks that had worked well in Ukraine.
