International Russia/Ukraine Megathread V15

You know what's way cheaper in Russia than in Canada? wages

It always baffles me, despite how ridiculous the "first world problems" meme is, i always find in the internet a first worldler always saying stupid shit like this.
yeah.
If we will calculate for easy way maybe 100 vs 1 USD$ and are interested about working class....

Take for example jobs adds board hh.ru
Usually they are listing monthly salary BEFORE tax deducted .... in roubles.
For example 50 000 RUB in job ad will be official salary on paper before tax. This literally will be maybe 500$ before tax relm not take home.
100 000 RUB = 1000 $ before tax ...not even take home sum.

Ukraine pushes deeper into Kursk.

Ukrainian Electronic Counter-Measures (ECM) renders Russian drones ineffective during armored column advance.

So Russia was scared of Donbas and Crimea specifically being affiliated with NATO. This is odd because in 2014, Ukraine was indifferent towards NATO so those territories weren’t going to get stamped with NATO membership.
🤣
In December 2014, the Ukrainian parliament renounced Ukraine's non-aligned status, a step harshly condemned by Russia. The new law stated that Ukraine's previous non-aligned status "proved to be ineffective in guaranteeing Ukraine's security and protecting the country from external aggression and pressure" and also aimed to deepen Ukrainian cooperation with NATO "to achieve the criteria which are required for membership in the alliance." In December 2014, Poroshenko vowed to hold a referendum on joining NATO.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky outlined the conditions that must be met to push Russia to agree to a "just peace."
Zelensky stated on January 2 that achieving a "just peace" in future negotiations – a concept Zelensky highlighted in his December 31 New Year’s address – requires a strong Ukrainian military, security guarantees from Western allies, and Ukraine's future membership in NATO and the European Union (EU) in order to deter Russia from renewed aggression against Ukraine. Zelensky stated that Ukraine cannot achieve a just peace with a small military, such as "40,000 or 50,000 soldiers" – a reference to Russian President Vladimir Putin's initial demand during the Istanbul peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in Spring 2022 that Ukraine demilitarize and only maintain a force of roughly 50,000 personnel. Putin and other Kremlin officials have repeatedly demanded conditions for ending the war that amount to Ukraine's complete capitulation, including the removal of the legitimate Ukrainian government and Ukraine's demilitarization. These demands have not changed since 2021.

Zelensky still thinks Ukraine will be part of NATO. 🤣
  • Russian forces recently advanced near Kreminna, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, Vuhledar, and Kurakhove.

Ah yes, Trump will save Ukraine via conceding their sovereignty to the invader.
So, you are saying Ukraine has lost this conflict?
No, Ukraine will remain Ukraine minus the territory it has lost to Russia. It will not join NATO. So, after 3 years, everything Ukraine was trying to avoid with Russia happened. Yeah, maybe pushing for that NATO membership back in 2020 and 2021 was not such a good idea after all. Ukraine has gone full circle and ended up where it started. Well, they did lose territory and 400,000 men.

The thing Ukraine was trying to avoid was being erased lol you just cannot ever under any circumstances acknowledge that

Well, this was embarrassing on your part….Russia invaded Ukraine on February 14th, 2014. So yeah, the quote proves my point because December, 2014 is after that.

No, here is what you said:

It's useless arguing with San Ritter, never seems to understand all the shit going on inside Russia
You seem to be playing silly word games but on the likely chance that you are mentally challenged. I’ll emphasize it again. Those talks didn’t happen until after the invasion as you mentioned so you can’t use that as an excuse for an invasion.
He has also earned the name spin Marino for his unique ability to spin any argument into anything towards his Russian agenda.
