Oil refineries produce products from crude oil.
If Russian refineries can't produce products we will not have any problem in gas tank. Dying west does have more refining capacities than they need for market.
Problem is with crude oil supplies cos OPEC de facto ruled by MBS......housithes in Yemen, Gaza etc...
While europe had seriously reduced refined products import....

If about crude oil refineries we shpuld cut off catalisators export via parralel import. Main suppliers are Canada and U.S.
