Yeah, this might use longer rounds than T-90 and does have unmanned tower.
All this is cool until you see that for this design tankmans should be even smaller than for T-90.
Then also are rumoured frequent problems with engine and transmission.
While against Anti tank mines or 152 or 155 arty shell Armata will be protected not better than T 55 and it isn't joke.
 
Also active protection systems doesn't protect from all kind of atgm s at all.

Laser guided missiles and laser rangefinders might be used by pointing beam to near object close to tank. Launched and in last moment turned on tank.
Common tactique used in Ukraine.
This reduces effect of laser beams warning systems....cos crew does have shorter warning time before impact if such tactique is used.

All RF jammers and laser warning systems are useless against wire guided ATGMs with optical tracking and now common thing is that launcher might be placed 50-100-150 meters from operator ....
 
Btw I'm curious why in these Ukr videos rarely is used smoke screen.

All USSR design tanks does have multiple tools to use smokescreen.
At least since early 1980 ies.
1. Attached to front of turret cylinders with smoke " grenades ".
2. Option to inject fuel in engine exaust mechanism.
3. To attach cylindrical " boxes " with smoke generators.
 
Funny are also annyoing talks about months long training to change memory box in Cruise missile. If you are mobile phones/ computers repair technician you will do this after few days of training. It isn't firmware programming, it is like f.e to change microSD card in your mobile Phone.
Also talks about difficult programming about target. If someone will tell that he isn't able to load up terrain and targeting maps.....and some other stuff... average CompSci student is capable to do this....

As had been excepted Western " partners " had threw Ukraine under the bus with cutting off or delaying supplies. As I had posted earlier that Ukr is supplied according to flowchart slowly loss territories Putin had annexed on paper. Ukrainians should get that better is to have west As enemy rather than friend and not to become Kurds No2....such scenario is more and more realistic...

Also gliding bombs might have combined guidance kit using inertial guidance ( Jam till death it will not help ) and GLONASS + Baidou + GPS..
 
Btw frontline is approx 1000 miles and U.S had supplied for such frontline 31 tank and 20 missiles with range 165 km.
Ukraine doesn't have other chance than to tell west to fuck off, their security warranties are worth like Budapesht shit and become puppet for Iran, Pakistan, India, China and Russia. Also don't forget to cede territories, install some Lukashenko No2 and sanction friendly " partners " from U.S.

Europe BTW most likely since September 2023 th does have gameplan what to do IF Trump will be elected and remowe forces from Europe with yelling that they doesn't pay.
Europe most likely under the table will negotiate with Pakistan, India and China etc....
And will start to sell U.S denominated actives like treasury bonds, companies shares etc....Stuff will be real " fun " for U.S.
If Trump will be elected but will not remove forces from Europe then this will not happen.
While his last speeches makes big concerns cos looks that he is living in his past pre election campaign and maybe is thinking that today POTUS is Mr Obama....LOL...
 
It is normal to be concerned about your life each day if you are living in Russia, even if you are pro Kremlin oriented putinoid and russian world fanatic.
You might accidentally fall out from window or commit suicide etc. Also health problems might pop up without anyone touching you...
