I think that's reasonable(what Trump said rather than the actual Witkoff bs) but only for long term peace deal with security guarantees not for simply pausing the war.

I would pause all types of attacks along current front lines and give each side a certain period to build new defensive lines or take other precautionary measures.

There also have to be NATO or some other guarantees. Not sure how else Ukraine can guarantee their survival without NATO membership.

There are not going to be any long term peace deals while Russia is winning this conflict. Defensive lines? Has that not been tried before and failed? You are not following this conflict closely. Ukaine will never be part of NATO. Why do you have a hard time understanding this concept. NATO has never wanted Ukaine to join the organization. About stuff that NATO didn't had actually wanted ukr to join, he is correct.
NATO countries even didn't had agreed to sell ukr heavy weapons. Literally treated ukr worse than Egypt or Morocco.

With baltic countries they are doing the same as with Israel....supporting their MIC sales.
They also are selling LNG and MBS crude oil for them

These countries are damn far from ukr situation: foreigners does have damn a lot of mortgage properties and companies, banks etc too.
Ofc in order increase control they tacked them in EU and eurozone. Their central bank de facto is ECB.
Why? Because then investments protection laws under EU etc.
Also actually real FDI is higher than it is reported.
For example if property price was 200$ per 1 sq m² then if now it is 2500€ per 1 sq m²..calculated are these 200$...

you might be reading a bit much of Russian propaganda from our chief Russian propagandist Spin Marino who has said UKR was out of troops years ago but yet Russia still holds less land then they did 3 years ago. Russia has been slowly grinding away but taking huge loses for every km of destroyed land they manage to get.
You say Russia has been hitting key UKR infrastructure but it's UKR hitting the oil depots, Railroads and other important targets. putler targets woman and children in civilian targets every night.
When the war started UKR hands were tied as they wernt allowed to use weapons inside Russia, now they are and the results have been terrific.
russia is in deep financial trouble and its only getting worse, printing money can only last for so long when your main industry is being targeted.

Putin ordered to sell bonds and looks that most likely private banks owned by russia's oligarchates are ordered to purchase these bonds.
Additionally to this Putin had ordered to print 1500b roubles. With printers....

Most of the cities the Russians have liberated are literally a pie of dust and not worth rebuilding. The massive cost of the war going forward or the massive cost of rebuilding cities...either way Putler is fucked.
