Cos they does have weapons purchased from U.S and if case of re export to countries outside of NATO they will need special permits from Pentagon and Trump in such case.
So Trump might stop not only deliveries from U.S alone... therefore Putin needs to talk with Pump.

For example from this 250 tanks sales deal with Poland Trump already had supplied 28 tanks. M1A2Sep3 package.
With MRLS launchers looks that 20 delivered for Poland while South Korea already had supplied 90 launchers.
