In reality most likely empty rumours that Ukraine ( LOL ) might help Moldova with electricity and natural gas supplies are rus and or ukr propaganda.
Main pipelines and electricity supply lines from Ukr direction are before this ....going via so called Transistria....Ukr obiviously also does have their own problems...

It is assumed that Transistria most likely in beginning of January had at least 30 days or a bit more antracite coal and fuel oil & diesel fuel reserves...they not likely will agree to pay for supplies from bad enemies in west...most likely also doesn't have money ...

Moldova might help with NG reverse transit and electricity supply lines, while they does have their own problems ...

Romania most likely will agree to supply Moldova with some electricity and NG....while for Transistria, if there 0 money immediately on the table today....not likely IF someone will not pay. Immediately BTW.
