Sorry, Ukraine will go ,404 even IF House and Senate immediately will approve 61 b USD for Ukraine....today. If European voters will see total expenses and especially warrant letters signed....so Ukr should prepare.....for reality....harsh and very brutal torture and loss.

So Ukr needs both: help from Europe and U.S...otherwise they will be Russia. All Ukraine if Putin will decide.

Japan had agreed to sign additionally 4,5 b worth warrant letters and it is easy to see that cos North Korea supported by Russia....because with China they might negotiate under the table ....cos Japan is more than 3 X worth trade partner than Russia.

Largest natural gas and LNG business in Latvia is owned by western and Russian & asian origin investors and ruled by pro Russian oriented former PM.....
Until Lavrov didn't had breached contract about natural gas supplies their parliament de facto didn't had implemented sanctions... When Lavorv told that payments should be done in roubles then financial regulator had yelled that it is not in supplies contract and parliament had voted to implement sanctions...

There is interesting situation; Russia needs them in heating season and because natural gas transport to Kaliningrad oblastj .....where Putin is paying transit fees too btw....
And Latvia is full EU and NATO member and unlike with Turkey they are eurozone member and their de Facto Central Bank is ECB like in Finland and therefore they should implement sanctions applied by ECB....unlike Hungary ...
