Yes, I know that. What I said, and what the book says, is that Japan had a small nuclear program. Germany knew this. Hence the shipment of the Uranium via submarine. The Japanese nuclear program was in its infancy, much like the German nuclear program. Both Germany and Japan did not think a nuclear weapon from enriched Uranium would be possible. The US was already using both Plutonium and Uranium. Out of the 3 initial US bombs, only one used Uranium - the Hiroshima bomb.

You clearly implied that they had a nuclear program worth mentioning when in reality they hadn't even built a functioning centrifuge let alone had a functioning nuclear program.

Indeed, but the German defeat in Europe would not have happened without Soviet help. The Soviets attacked from the East, while British and Americans attacked from the West. Plus, the US was fighting a second front in the Pacific against the Japanese at the same time.

I know about how advanced the Japanese were in their nuclear program. I already mentioned that above. Never said Japan could have had a functioning nuclear bomb during WWII. That is just you putting words in my mouth.

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — The owner of the Wagner private military contractor escalated his direct challenge to the Kremlin on Friday, calling for an armed rebellion aimed at ousting Russia’s defense minister. The security services reacted immediately by opening a criminal investigation into Yevgeny Prigozhin.

Prigozhin posted a series of angry video and audio recordings in which he accused Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu of ordering a rocket strike Friday on Wagner’s field camps in Ukraine, where his troops are fighting on behalf of Russia.

Prigozhin said his troops would now punish Shoigu in an armed rebellion and urged the army not to offer resistance.

“This is not a military coup, but a march of justice,” Prigozhin declared.

The National Anti-Terrorism Committee, which is part of the Federal Security Services, said he would be investigated on charges of calling for an armed rebellion. The state news agency Tass said President Vladimir Putin was kept informed.
