Yeah, man, Putin trying to install a friendly U.S. president is a big distraction from the issue of gossipy emails showing squabbling between opposing Democratic camps.

As long as he's only releasing important information who cares. If he has any real ability to effect US elections outside of that than perhaps you have the wrong system. At the end of the day, any honest person knows that Hillary is a puppet to foreign influence way more.

The hacking is a separate issue then what is in the emails.

The emails stand along as to their content.

What is happening is her supporters are trying to cover the situation anyway they can. Anything and anyway just like the emails stated on other things.

We still don't know if this was a leak from a Democratic party insider or not. Calling it a hack is a little premature at this point.

What the media and leftists are doing is kind of funny. The best metaphor would be a cheating husband that leaves his email open on his laptop. His wife later uses the laptop, looks in the email, and find out that her husband is cheating on her, and then the husband feigns outrage over his wife looking through his emails.

Rather than actually admitting to the crime, the media and leftists are going to try attack and discredit the truth-tellers.

No, that's not what this is. The actual metaphor would be a cheating husband using his emails to communicate with his mistress and a neighbor who wants to fuck the wife hacking the cheater's computer and sending the emails to everyone they both know.

Doesn't in any way absolve the cheater, but the neighbor is still an asshole.

Considering the fact that nothing that's being released so far qualifies as more than gossip, I'd say that leaving thousands of donors open to identity theft is more important.
