Russia before soviet union era?

I mean yeah ts is wrong but not completely wrong, the urss was shit but russia and another countries were ok. The really fucked up places was poland and ukraine

It went full circle.

A revolution like the one in 1917 does not just happen for the sake of it. Russia was a complete mess and the conditions for a regime change were given.

Then the rest if history. The constant bureaucrazitation and stupidity of Stalin and company ended up by destroying the URSS.

Venezuela troubles came because those resources were taking by a few and they let the rest in extreme poverty.
Then they took a turn to the left with chavism and years after they ended up in the same situation or even worse.

There is a debate that Venezuela's problem is actually having oil. They could be a better place if they weren't be able to rely in oil profits and actually cared to develop some kind of industry.
Printing money and spending money is also a huge problem in venezuela, the oil is the least of their problems when compared to their managment of money

Surely you jest? The US is pretty close to being a dictatorship with a leader refusing to work within the system checks and balances. In any system, power always ends up being held by a few who pervert the system.
