The only thing that I question is why is it only being brought up now, when brand is becoming a big voice for the right wing. Seems like a coordinated attack. They’ve known about this for years and only chosen now to speak up about it
Ya must be nefarious...The only thing that I question is why is it only being brought up now, when brand is becoming a big voice for the right wing. Seems like a coordinated attack. They’ve known about this for years and only chosen now to speak up about it

I always find it amusing when you guys mock people who claim that both sides are capable of a thing that is not good, or corrupt politically. History is full of both sides pushing these legal boundaries or just doing illegal shit, that then gets referred to as "bad practice" by our trash media. To think otherwise, is just partisan
You really like making assumptions don't you? You're assuming everyone who questions these accusations as "right wing."
Asking for proof and examining serious accusations like this with a critical eye is not the same thing automatically siding with rapists ands. What a ridiculous stretch.
Be honest: did you believe the Amber Heard accusations when they came out?
Dumb? He's putting out a narrative that is profitable after finding out that being true to himself (and still dumb) didn't work.

They're quoted in the article. In your conspiracy, did the women doctor these sources or did the reporters? Please show these texts and/or evidence. Any links? Want to see the *undoctored* actual texts - not a publication claiming them.
The Times refers to the UK version, it predates the NY Times being known as that. I also don't know why you would bring up the NY Times in a story they didn't break.'Times' is very commonly short for 'The NY Times' in political discussions. And it has been reported on by The NY Times.

I saw the video put out by the reporters representing the accusers on Instagram, and Brand's video response denying the accusations.
Right, which is why it speaks to the strength of the women's stories that the TIme is putting its money where it's pens are here. They're lawyers read the story and felt it was credible to the point that they are willing to defend themselves in court.I do. Do you understand there's been some major settlements and judgements in UK civil court over for libel & defamation?
Not for getting a story completely wrong, but for getting major details wrong. The Times's lawyers have better have done over every detail of this story before they went public.
Since when is The Times left leaning?Thinly veiled hit piece... it the SOP for the Left now
Throw out unprovable allegations in a smear campaign.
You'd think they'd try something new.
"Brand was involved in mainstream Left-wing politics in a number of ways, including writing for the Guardian in the past."
he seems a pro climate change anti authoritarianism leftie, interested in egalitarianism.
to call him right wing is just making a mockery of the word.
how?It depends when your talking about, he's clearly been playing to an alt right audience for the last couple of years.
I’ve always go the piece of shit vibe from him. Never found him funny. With him being a junkie, wouldn’t surprise me with what he did back in the day.
they probably hope it may act as a lightning rod diverting attention from other talent still on their roster (think Bake Off) .
