Ronda only eats 1 meal a day

Olympians don't eat what "normal" people view as "clean" food. Due to their enormous calorie needs they can't eat nutrient dense low calorie food. A long distance skiier for instance might eat up to 10 000 calories per day, you can't do that with "clean" food (which is a myth anyway), eating stuff like pizza or other junk food will actually be beneficial for them.

Yeah, not buying it. Also, what would be the fucking point? One meal a day is not a healthy way to eat. It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat.

Yes I did. There is no such thing as "clean" foods. And since these high level athletes are most likely juicing, nutrition is completely different on hormonas.

That's what I'm saying though, you could do it with junk food. With the kind of food a potential Olympian would be eating, it's more difficult. Why were you eating so much in one sitting anyway? Munchies?

I usually try to consume about 1,500 to 2,000 calories for dinner, and USUALLY it is junk food, but not always. I managed to go from 170 to 200 way faster than anyone should, and have stretch marks to prove it, so I know something about calories.

If you eat some Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables, and a large Smoothie to go with it, you can get 2,000 calories and not have it be complete junk food. Im not saying its the healthiest, but I wouldn't classify it as junk food when compared with a frozen pizza.

When I eat a 2,000 calorie meal, its usually spread out over 1.5 to 2 hours, it isn't like I am consuming this all in 30 minutes. I take my time, chew properly, and don't force my body to consume more than is comfortable.

somewhere between 0 and 3% calories consumed come from termites and caterpillars because sometimes they are on the plants they eat. In captivity their food includes 0% animal products. pick a nit sometime.
 
That one meal is 1000 grams of rice and 1 kg of chicken. She then eats this meal throughout the day in 3 to 6 portions.

I'm 6'3'', 210lbs, and very physically active(running, weightlifting, etc). Its a rationalization, but it works for me. I usually eat 3 meals, with one being larger than the others, but sometimes(often, actually) I like to binge-eat and what I posted was an example of such. The staples of my diet are veggies(broccoli, carrots, etc), chicken, oats, bread, milk, eggs, but I also like junk and I feel I maintain a pretty good balance overall. Personally, however, when I do only eat 1 large meal in a day, I feel very lethargic and bloated. It also seems like a higher percentage of those kcals end up getting stored as bf, but I have no way of quantifying that. Then theres related issues like blood-glucose levels skyrocketing then plummeting and such. From my experiences, I can only conclude that eating multiple(anything over 1, really) meals is physiologically superior to eating just one big one, although if you get the essential nutrients and stay at your caloric equilibrium it wont be that great of difference. Just my 2 cents.

if Ronda ate two meals a day she'd be a porker like the ole days, lol... having said that, the reason for the shakes is because it's easier to drink a few thousand calories then having to eat it every meal, so you supplement.

Walker also notabely does mainly pushups and situps....All bodyweight excercises......handstand pushups, pullups, etc.....has done this for years....
