Intermittent fasting is garbage.
I'm not saying it's not possible, just that eating 1 meal of 2000 calories is not the same as eating 10 meals adding up to 2000 calories.
Nice broscience, but no. Body will store energy as fat if you're on a long term energy surplus, meal requency is largely irrelevant in the scope of things.
Nobody needs protein shakes, athletes or not. You can get that protein from food and it will in most cases be just as good if not better. After training you only need 10 grams of essential amino acids to stimulate musle protein synthesis maximally.
Lots of strength athletes do it. If you're fulfilling your macro- and micronutrient needs it can do just as fine, again, meal frequency is largely irrelevant.
uhh, what.
2000 cals is 2000 cals.
Sure, but the way your body stores and uses those calories is not the same. I'm not talking about the numerical intake, I'm talking about the effect several meals per day has over eating just once per day.

Herschel Walker doesn't count the man isn't human. Herschel Walker is the definition of a freak.
Forcing your body to constantly digest food is a good way to keep your metabolism up.
1 meal is a play on words. I'm sure they both Snack all day

Won't make any difference. Body is smarter than you.
I put in an average of 1 to 3 hours of studying for my midterms or finals. Overstudying is bad. The secret is in UNDERSTANDING... what the fuck is going on.
