Didn't Jon refuse to fight Henderson on short notice? Like UFC 151 or something got cancelled completely?
 
I'm going to bed - can't wait to hear how this shitshow gets resolved. Unfortunately, I have a feeling someone will end up looking like a dick through no fault of their own.

Not in my case. Whittaker was the reason I bought a ticket. I love Hunt, but I have no desire seeing him get wrestled and beat up for 15 minutes.

Yes the fuck he would. Remember UFC 151? Ya, me neither. Charles was SUCH an easy opponent for Jones it's not even funny (which was later proven at UFC 159)

If this was a real sport promotion as opposed to what it has become, they would give the titled shot to Rockhold and make the event free, instead of robbing people. Romero is as dumb as they come. Been waiting five years for this and he ruins it.
 
Luke should demand double his pay or he don't fight it'll cost em alot more to put this card on for free than paying Rockhold 400k or whatever imo

Actually, Bones declined the fight with MW Sonnen with 10 days notice after Sonnen got knocked out by Anderson.
 
Make this a free Fight Night and remove it from PPV now UFC, ya goofs

If you make it a free fight night card now I'll promise to stop bashing you on sherdog for a few hours. Go do it
 
This card is worse than some Bellator fights and they expect people to pay 50 bucks?

Fight chael Sonnen on short notice which was at least a week in advance.

Henderson got an injury 3 weeks out that he was going to fight with.....but it was too bad and he pulled out 10 days before the fight.....

Sonnen stepped up with 8 days left and Jones refused.....

It's not about the 3 pounds, it's the stress on the body that Rockhold endured to cut them while Yoel chilled in his hotel room eating tacos and shooting 'roids.

I have no problem with Luke telling him to get fucked.

The visual of an athlete eating tacos while shooting is hilarious....and probably happens more often than we think.....tacos are delicious....
 
I don't like Luke at all but I am kind of with him here. Yoel signed a contract for an interim belt and agreed to come in at 185lbs. Luke MAY be a big man yes, but like it or not, HE MADE WEIGHT. Yoel did NOT make weight. Very simple.

Luke probably wants a weight restriction for Yoel, but with him missing weight, it's likely gonna be difficult for him to agree to this.

Huge clusterrfuck here.
