well am I only one who thinks Rockhold is going too hard against this guy? The guy clearly not on Rockhold's level but Luke hitting him as hard as he can. How can people not check their ego?

How else is he going to practice combos???

MMA guys still too manly (dumb) for headgear. It's great for your longevity, especially because as anyone who has ever sparred you will lose your temper at times and get into quite a few real exchanges.

Ehhm. Full contact sparring. Happens in most camps once every week.

Fighters should really be wearing head gear when going hard like that.

But yeah, I'm a firm believer in doing hard sparring once a week (and only once a week) if you're within 8-2 weeks of a fight.
