My bad is actually a 68k/68k deal

Marcin Tybura: $136,000 (includes $68,000 win bonus) def. Maxim Grishin: $10,000
I'm all for fighters getting paid so I'm glad Tybura is getting paid but I just dont see him being worth that much. I dont think he has a big fan base and he isnt getting anywhere near contender status.

You tend to do better in the UFC when you have tenure. He's main evented a card in the past and he's probably got around 10 or more fights in the organisation now. Most people who stick around for a decent amount of fights and have fought on main cards a bit tend to make around that.

Oh OK, that's pretty cool for them, i'm glad to see thy are being well taken care of, specially after so many fighters complain about their pay. I'm assuming plenty of other mid-level fighters are making about the same, which is very very decent money for someone in the fringe top 10.

Yeah, there's a few people like that who make decent money despite not really being contenders. Gian Villante for example gets $75k show money.

Guys, Abu Dhabi does not release fighter salaries. It's done only by certain US athletic commissions like NSAC, CSAC, and few others. However, some fighter payouts could be tentatively estimated based on previous official payouts. Jiri's estimated payout is based on nothing. He's a top and exciting fighter in a thin talent pool like the LHW division. UFC and Bellator were bidding for him and UFC won. No way he started at 50k/50k. I'd say at least 80k/80k, probably 100k/100k.

Tofiq Musayev's 12k/12k offer from the UFC was before he won the lightweight GP, where he defeated Johnny Case and Patricky Pitbull at the same night.
