Was there proof that the girls “had no choice” and GDP “threatened the girls with consequences” if they didn’t sign the contracts? Or is this more baseless allegation #meetooo crap from dumb young sluts that had seller’s remorse after whoring themselves out?

If that’s true that the girls were actually forced to proceed with the fuck show against their will, those porn dudes should be in prison for rape.
If it was in the verdict (which has been shared) then a judge obviously believed there was proof

They are in federal prison awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges with the exception of the owner who fled the U.S. to New Zealand.

"Website owner Matthew Isaac Wolfe, 37, porn actor Ruben Andre Garcia, 31, and employee Valorie Moser, 37, were arrested last week. The FBI says 37-year-old Michael James Pratt, the site’s other owner, is a fugitive. He’s believed to have fled the United States for New Zealand, where he and Wolfe grew up and were childhood friends. All could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted."

Are you dumb? So in every situation where guys and girls are busted for prostitution, if they would have turned on the camera on their phone to film it, it would have been fine?

The law isn't that stupid and they know the difference between porn and some idiot with an iPhone trying to bypass prostitution laws. You have regulations you have to abide by and that same idiot the cell phone camera wouldn't have proper 2257 recording keeping which is a felony in itself.

I' m sure there are a couple hoops to jump through and "government fees" to pay before you can pay women to have sex with you. Thank you.

It seems that most of the posters in this thread side with the sex traffickers and criminals.

No, you're just invalidating that dudes argument and refusing to see where he is coming from.

Siding with the criminals and not siding with the women suing are two different things.

I side with the women suing btw.

What dudes argument are you talking about?

What argument? Be specific.
Probably that the women were not raped, could have said "NO" at any point and gone home, and do not deserve to become rich because they decided to have sex for money behind their boyfriends backs.

Yeah.. The guy paying for the sex are usually scum-bags as well. Did I say they were heroes?

I never said they were raped although some women were intimidated by the two men present and felt they could not leave the room, some were threatened with financial consequences if they left.

Ill allow the courts to decide what monetary recompense they deserved or did not deserve along with what kind of jail sentence the now arrested and detained men will incur.

Him and a lot of the ppl in the thread think girls that get into porn are often just prostituing with a camera there.
I agree with him there in a lot of cases. Especially girls do porn's content.

For a lot of the ppl in the thread they think a women who has prostituted themselves deserves to be treated horribly which is, frankly, retarded. Most of them in this thread are hyper focused on this aspect of the scenario. That porn is prostiution with a camera and prostitutes are scum that deserve to be treated like shit, or they are focusing on prostitutes not as victims but hustlers and the women in this case using the system to scam the scammers as a hustle.

That's fine but as far as Im concerned its off topic and irrelevant to the criminality of the perpetrators and the veracity of the victims. Defining the women as prostitutes is your prerogative but is not in alignment with the law and the case we are discussing.

It's in the proximity of where they are coming from. You can dismiss it and react to some strawman if you want though. Just sayin'.

I just dont care as it is irrelevant to my interest in the case and thread which is about the victims and the criminals who preyed on them.

I understand your position.

Nobody seems to care that these girls cheated on their boyfriends.
