I didn't say I supported it. I said that abusive tactics don't change the fact that they chose to do porn of their own free will.
It's wrong to exploit them, but that doesn't magically remove all their accountability as well.
Yes it does because the lawsuit is NOT about the fact that they did porn. The lawsuit is about the fact that they were conned into believing the porn was in DVD format only, encrypted and impossible to duplicate, and being made for a singular wealthy man in Australia who had signed a non disclosure contract.
This on top of being lied to about the amount of money they would receive, being given drugs and alcohol before signing the contract , being bullied, rushed and intentionally distracted while reading the contract, and being threatened with financial penalties when many of them did not want to go through with it and being intimidated also.
