All fight promotions are bleeding money like crazy thanks to the pandemic (even the UFC is borrowing USD 300 million just to pay their investors). Gotta be interesting to see which one will survive when the dust settles. ONE has been sustaining itself on Venture capital money but with economy like this you gotta wonder when will they pull the plug.

Yeah the venture capital money invested in ONE would of been seen as somewhat high risk before covid 19. Chatri certainly won't be getting more money from them now. When he burns through the money he has now ONE will fold. Its a shame really. Lets just hope he make some more great fights before that happens.

I think that ONE FC team made a mistake to sign Old man JWP and Andy Howson , both should stay retired .
ONE FC should sign real fighters rather than someone that people know by names .
Tobby Smith and Chadd Collins are 100x better at representing AUS .
Same thing with Yod , I think that let him finish his contract then drop him from the rooster .
Sign Buakaw and see if he is good enough to stay with those sharks or not .

Yeah its good to have a mix of names and upcoming fighters. U can also get the up and coming fighters cheaper in general.
Toby Smith is a great fighter. I don't know how low in weight toby can go now. I think he fights around 75kg now. I would like to see him vs youseff. My money would be on Toby.

Their strategy is to create a strong brand. Signing Andy Howson isn't going to make a difference, but John Wayne Parr is one of the most famous Muay Thai fighters.

They're not going profitable anytime soon. Anything that adds to the brand is good at this point. I wouldn't mind if they signed Buakaw and Saenchai and gave them easy fights.

Toby vs Youssef woulf be a great fight indeed.

why would ONE sign Buakaw? It seem like Buakaw breaks more contracts then he fulfills since he left K-1 and at 37 why waste money a guy who might get pissed at a decision and just quits.

Exactly Youssef fights at 72kg and is pretty lean at that weight. He has fought plenty of natural 67kg and 70kg fighters. They both have a decent following so would be a pretty big fight..
