You are criminally underrating Eddie and overrating Justin G. What really are Justin’s biggest wins in UFC? He lost to all the studs he fought (Eddie, Dustin and Khabib) he only beat a double weight cutting and fucked up version of Tony. Saying he was winning until he didn’t against Eddie is an excuse.

Justin is a great fighter but Eddie has had a better career to this point.

Alvarez;
- Got KOed by Poirier, Conor, and some guy called Nastyukhin who isn't even in UFC.
- Choked out by Chandler, barely beat him in the second fight via Split Decision.
- Lost to Donald Cerrone via Decision.
- Beat Pettis via Split Decision.
- KOed RDA via a lucky punch.
- KOed Gaethje via knee when he was also very close to being finished and when his face was in a different shape.
- Choked out by Shinya Aoki, and a guy called Nick Thompson KOed him.

Gaethje;
- Went to UFC with 18-0 record.
- Got KOed by Alvarez with a knee at the end of the fight, still Alvarez was also close to being finished.
- KOed by Poirier, because he underestimated Poirier when he thought he was beating him.
- KOed Donald Cerrone who beat Alvarez.
- KOed Barboza.
- KOed Tony Ferguson.

If you think Alvarez is better just because he beat Gaethje for one time, with a face alteration by Gaethje at the end of the fight, you are dreaming.

Also Khabib is above anyone in the division, so you can't bring Khabib's name to lowball Gaethje, Khabib mauled the people with ease (Conor and Poirier) who mauled Alvarez.

Justin beat up a fifty year old Cowboy and those other non champions and has not won shit anywhere else aside from one title in a shallow organization.
