Rashad Evans probably 130lb in this pic

That top pic was when Rashad had back to back knee surgeries and had put on some extra weight.

The bottom pic is a happily retired dude who isn’t training anymore

Lmao!

Your pic choice.
Perfect

You do realize this isn't the 80s anymore right? nobody dies from aids anymore...at least, not in the usa...magic johnson has had hiv for over 20 years...he will live to a ripe old age....today's medicines, make that disease non existent...it doesn't even appear in your blood after a certain amount of time...

I don't know man. I wonder if suppressing it for years/decades will eventually lead to a super HIV/AIDS that explodes after adapting. Plus, there are different sub-types of HIV in various parts of the world.

Obviously not training???

Americans have been watching NFL too long, they don't know what a fit natural person looks in real life.

Rashad has a good amount of muscle mass and a healthy percentage of body fat in that second picture, I bet he still trains often and would outclass this sherdogers at any fisical task.

BREAKING: Retired athlete isn't as athletic anymore
Dumb. He looks more athletic now that when he was training. Doesn't make sense to get slimmer when you aren't training.

He's probably not doing much except cardio these days.

rashad is confirmed to be a flyweight wow

Also remember he became a HW to get in to the UFC, wasnt where he was at before. He wrestled at 165, which seems close to what he weighs now.

It could be he was bloated up with unnecessary muscle previously. He's not that tall for the weigh classes he was fighting in.

130 seems very low though.

Rashad may be retired but you don't just lose like half your muscle mass soo fast. He was fighting at 205 LBS 1 year ago today.
He might be on topamax for migraines it also makes you lose tons of weight... might be the case, just saying. I had a buddy lose 30 lbs in 6months and he was jacked at 195lb went to 168-166
