No, the lockdown isn't a sub and if someone taps from it quite frankly they're either a beginner or a bitch.

the lockdown is a sub if you catch it in the right spot, but you're right, it only works on beginners. from what i can see in the video, it looks similar, except he pulls the lower leg froward.
