Media Rampage says that he cried when Henderson KO'd Bisping

Saw it live, blew the roof off the house. Best moment of UFC 100 IMO.

Most likely, yes. They must've been close, at least. There was even a little drama, when people were getting popped for steroids, where Rampage said in an interview (with Ariel, maybe?) "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" because Bisping had been saying «things» about him. When asked if he meant Bisping had taken steroids (too), Rampage instead suggested Bisping used to do drugs when they were together in night clubs or something.

I posted the video in this thread, but I have zero idea where the Bisping fans got their "naaaah he was obviously talking about ecstasy, Ping is our natty king, he'd never touch steroids!"
Sounds like copium to me.

Well, I am far from a Bisping fan. That's just the idea I got back then when that video came around.

It's not for money it's for purpose. And nobody got violated, all are happy participants.

You don't strike till the ref pulls you off, you just get away with it.

The rules are not hit him when he is knocked out.

You competed in MMA ? I see no fighter tag.

Seems like your a scumbag if you call mercy a idotic value.
The purpose they fight for is money and God is against violence, just ask Jesus, dimwit.

You do strike till the ref pulls you off and that’s why nobody get disqualified if they continue till they’re stopped.

Show me the rule that says to stop when you assume they are KO’d.. I’ll wait.

I don’t need a fighter tag on some random karate forum to boost my ego and anonymity is golden.

Mercy is a hindrance when fighting in a cage, genius. If you want mercy, you shouldn’t be locked in a cage, prizefighting for money.

I loved Pride Hendo but after he did that follow up shot and in the interview how he said it felt good he lost me as a fan.

Maybe Bisping should've shut his mouth.
Only so much bullshit a Lion is going to deal with sir.
Fun fact. Hendo talked way more shit than Bisping did on that season of TUF.

I don't know what's with Sherdog claiming the opposite. Hendo called Bisping a douche bag, a little bitch and a bunch of other stuff. Bisping repeatedly called Hendo a legend, and his trash talk never went beyond calling him something extremely tame like "old man."

But Sherdog has collectively decided that Bisping went way beyond the pale and talked some of the worst shit in trash talk history.

And somehow Hendo is remembered as being this cool, quiet mellow guy who waited for his chance to enact justice in the cage. I don't get it at all.

I don't know of people want to believe that because fuck yeah Murrica, or if you've all gone collectively nuts.

I watched that season back then, and Ping was super annoying about it all lol.

I watched it too. We aren't taking about being annoying though. We are talking about who talked more shit, and it was undoubtedly Hendo. The narrative has somehow overtaken the truth of what actually happened.

Plus he was a whiny bitch too. He chose the early training time, then decided he didn't like it half way through the season and told Bisping he was taking his team's training time. Bisping didn't let him and this was one of the reasons Hendo stated he was annoying. Then Dana made him change anyway because Hendo is a diva.

The UFC fucked Bisping over by making it a UK vs USA season. Remove that aspect and most people would see that season in a different light. Without having their patriotic blinkers on.

Between them Bisping is a the good guy and Hendo the villain. Sherdog has it completely backwards.

I have been a Hendo fan forever, and it was way before he was in the UFC.
Ping has a way about him, especially at that point where he was simply hateable.

I found everything he did annoying as fuck tbf, and when he got crushed there was something absolutely satisfying about it lol.

I remember when rampage was calling bisping out for juicing. When bisping was calling out people he lost to for juicing.

Yaaaaa, I'm remembering it differently from you too.

I'm also wondering if maybe you and I watched the same clip, maybe I would think Bisping was talking shit and you would say "naw he's just being a bloke!" In which case we would watch the same 4 episodes and I would see 100 examples of him shit talking and you would see 2. Lots of Brits accused lots of Americans of just "not understanding our humor" back then, pertaining to Bisping.

Hendo called him a douchebag in the last clip of the last episode, after listening to Bisping prattle on and on and on for weeks. Until then he was pretty quiet and stoic. I remember wondering what took him so fucking long.

All that being said, I'm certainly not going to rewatching to find out which of us is more right ;) cheers.

That's dope of Rampage to say.

They were definitely boys.

Yeah, Bisping kept circling INTO the H bomb.

The memes were funny but it was insane to see and I can see how he felt bad.

Terrible to see.

Agreed that the 2nd shot was a dick move but it was a different time. Insane how the ref even let it happen.

I don't trust Hendo fans. Never heard about somebody meeting him IRL and having a positive experience.

Guy is a piece of shit by all accounts.

Like I said, Bisping is the good guy of their story. Hendo is the villain.

Lmao, I still love you dearly even though you don't trust me.
Hendo for the win always sir.

Also, they're fighters they don't have to be nice ;)
