So according to you, 84 year olds get a lot of late night visitors, or is this some conspiracy where he really invited the guy over to shoot him and everyone is lying to cover up the trap? Not sure what you're arguing, but we already know he wasn't expecting visitors and was already in bed, and nobody is even disputing that. So, according to you, old people don't get visitors at 10pm. What time should an old person be able to shoot someone on their porch, no questions asked. And what age is considered old?
If I'm 65, can I shoot someone on my porch after 10pm? What if I'm 70, does that mean I can shoot someone after 9pm? Does the time change the older that person gets?
Not sure which case you're claiming is "no questions asked", but it isn't this one. This one he was taken into custody, questioned and later charged with felonies. so there were quite a lot of "questions asked", including of the neighbors who also said it was odd when he heard a car pull up to the elderly neighbor's house late at night.
A witness was interviewed who stated on April 13, 2023 at approximately 2150 hours they heard an unknown vehicle pull into the driveway of 1100 NE 115th St. The witness thought it was odd for their elderly neighbor to have a visitor this late at night. The witness stated a short time later they heard two to three gunshots from 1100 NE 115th St.
And here's the crime map of the neighborhood with 3 burglaries, about 20 assaults and about 20 thefts just in the last couple months within about half a mile of where this happened.
