Elections Question about Elizabeth Warren

I have a bit of Cherokee in me and I am quite offended by this. My 4th great grandmother Nah Nuh Tah Nee Sha wouldn't appreciate this one bit.

I don't know anything about the topic of this thread, but she annoys the fuck out of me with her smugness. She acts like she is on a big ship of right and everyone else is floating in a sea of wrong.

Oh, yeah. Right on. That's what makes a humble, open fellow like Trump so likable by comparison. One never gets the sense that he has the correct answers to everything and that anyone who disagrees is a sad, deranged anti-American.

Hello gentlemen. I have a couple of questions regarding Elizabeth Warren's recipe contributions to the Native American cookbook "Pow Wow Chow: A Collection of Recipes from Families of the Five Civilized Tribes: Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek & Seminole".

I had thought that Elizabeth Warren's version of the story is that her family told her from a young age that she had Native American heritage and passed special Native American recipes down to her.

Question 1: is "Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing" really a Cherokee recipe? I wasn't aware that Cherokee people ate mayonnaise or even crabs. I ask as I don't know much at all about Native American cuisine.

Question two: Given that the Elizabeth Warren's recipe is an exact copy of a French chef Pierre Franey's recipe that the New York Times published in 1979 (see image below), and given that Elizabeth Warren did not credit Franey for this recipe or the other recipes that are word-to-word identical to Franey's, would it be fair to say that Elizabeth Warren plagiarized this recipe?

Based on cursory research, it seems that Elizabeth Warren copied three different recipes from the New York Times and contributed them to the "Pow Wow Chow" cookbook.

Thank you for your help.

This is it!

"Civilised tribes" is kind of offensive.

Look at our McDonalds! Check out our Walmart! Hahaha third world scumbag!

I've said it before on here...Elizabeth Warren is the girl in class who reminds the teacher she didn't give out homework.

And then copies the homework from a classmate word for word.

I think you're good at reading people. I see her the same way and I have met that same girl a few times in my life.

@waiguoren what's the connections to the Five Civilized Tribe Museum? It seems that this organization is the one responsible for the publishing the cook book.
You know as much as I do, Mr Lowmanproblems. The wiki page for the museum makes it seem like a tiny operation, so Elizabeth Warren's cousin probably only needed the approval of one person to publish.

It seems like blatant plagiarism to me, which is not cool.

Thinking about the involvement of her cousin with the museum, makes me believe her story about being told she had Native American heritage. The cook book thing, you would have to prove that those were truly unique recipes that she copied. I'm not a big fan of Warren, but this seems like a non story. To me it looks like the book was to support the organization that runs the museum.

lol at "civilized" tribes. American gonna America smh

"I think I'll have me a beer"

Wow, a bunch dudes mockingly speculating about how a powerful female they dislike might have been in grade school, high school, etc. What a pathetic bunch of turds.

This is your go to? Making it about a powerful female. Take your white knighting somewhere the fuck else.

If she was a nerdy guy, who tries to be hip while dancing like a moron, or drink beer while streaming it, I'd say the same shit. Let me guess, we're not supposed to disagree with Greta either because she's just a kid, and a powerful female at that.

Get the fuck outta yere

Trolling is a lost art. i still fell for it from a bullshit alt account. Kudos to you I guess
