Quentin Tarantino to release "Making Of" books for all 10 of his movies

This is a great QT Q&A. He specifically talks about the genesis of Rick and Cliff and how the whole movie came from that. QT mentions an actor that asked if he could throw his stuntman a bone and let him do something, and then later the actor and stuntman were on set sitting around talking and QT just watched their interactions and all that lead to OUATIH. QT didn't reveal the actor, but in the other video about the making of book, the author does reveal it. (It was Kurt Russell and Russell's stuntman)

A great QT Q&A well worth the listen...One that I've cited on this forum more than once.

The price is down to $49. I went ahead and got it. And man, this book is EVEN BIGGER in person. Holy shit. It's like the size of a standard bed pillow.

Yeah whatever. All that kinda gets put to the wayside once everyone realizes what an asshole he happens to be.

lol YEA SURE cos thats how it works

A director is an asshole and then no one watches his movies anymore, right i dunno how it is for yall but thats the way it works for me.

"Oh wow im suddenly not interested in reading about the making of Pulp Fiction cos in 30 years i never could quite get a grip on what Tarantino is really like, its a great mystery !!!!!!!!!!!!"

fuck, i read this as stephen king and was looking forward to reading about the original pet sematary. boooo

All 10 books are just Quentin ranting about Paul Dano and Matthew Lillard.

Thanks for the heads up...I can wait, I think it will continue to go down.

I may be spoiled because I got Fraylling's Leone book for $5.
I could see it probably getting down into the $30s but not much below that, unless you can find it at a thrift store.

I cancelled my order for $49 and rebought it at $41. From $75 to $41 in just a couple of months is a hell of a deal for something like this. I'm so glad I held off on pre-ordering it.

Me when it first went up for pre-order at $75:
