He's not pretending they never existed. He's saying he can't find what website Qanon runs or send out their information from. We know websites where their conspiracy theories are discussed. But where is the central entity controlling and/or disseminating these conspiracy theories?

It's an actual thing that psychiatrists have to treat patients for. Feel free to look it up. You exhibit every symptom, and then some. You hate the TDS moniker and try to create your own "BDS, AOCDS, etc." except nobody has had to be treated for those. People have to get treated for TDS. It's real and you could use some self reflection, if not serious therapy.

You really want to dance with Alice down the rabbit hole, look into Adrenochrome and how it ties into Q-Anon theories. Basically Adrenochrome is supposed to be a psychedelic with age defying properties prized by the cabal and can only be extracted from the blood of tortured children because the glands of children under duress express some special substance or other. Basically the :eek::eek::eek::eek:-Torture version of harvesting stem cells. Really Dark stuff. Contagious mental rot like Idea Leprosy.

You're sorta there. People can be motivated by an idea and put into action without being part of an organization that coordinates activities for an overarching goal. Someone can pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ without being affiliated to a church. The action of praying, however, is embedded in the ideology of Christianity. Attending a Catholic Church, donating money to it, and confessing his or her sins to the priest is part of a coordinated series of actions by the Catholic Church overseen by regional archbishops and the pope.
Antifa has a message but within it there isnt a system of oversight or stringent rules by which anyone needs to abide.

I thought it was common knowledge that Q hasn't been heard of on the 8 Chan subforum for a long time and that his original content has been deleted from the site. It has still been recorded and is the subject of a lot of conspiracy theory research.

Are we sure it was just one person? I've heard of 4chan, but wtf is 8chan? To be clear, I think Qanon nutballs can fuck off with their conspiracy theory shit. They harassed the parents of the murdered kids from Sandy Hook. That is absolutely unforgivable.

I figured qanon is just a word someone came up with, sitting in their basement.

"We need a cool name for our group......."
 
Qanon has become its own thing now. Someone originally posted some things about being a Washington insider that got the attention of a bunch of bottom dwelling internites. His posts became dogmatic messages and predictions that never materialized. The Q account stopped posting some time before the Jan 6th insurrection but its proponents still took old posts and construed new messages from it. There were some posters on the subforum who were identified as key spearheaders or contributors of the Q dogma that some attached more credibility toward. They never claimed the be Q but gave their interpretations of his messages and awarded credibility by other users. It basically got its wings and started propagating into the minds of others in a virtual sensemaking endeavor. It's super interesting from an academic perspective, and damn frightening from a citizen's perspective.
