Pre-fight weight cuts do not have that much affect on fat ratio. People simply look leaner when they are dehydrated.Costa is leaner than 11-12% in the cage. Looks closer to 8-9% IMO

Nice to see you referred to ts as wise. Notice GSP’s numbers weren’t above the 25% wise ts referred to.Like TS wisely said, these numbers are about natural bodybuilders, not about MMA fighters who have to do a lot of cardio specially if they are prepping for 25 minutes of action.
For that reason, MMA fighters should have less lbm potential than bodybuilders. That, or they cardio absolutely suck. This is one of the reasons why GSP is so suspect (elite cardio + high fat free mass = not natty)
Note that all the other guys simple can't employ an endurance / wrestling heavy gameplan, specially under USADA
This is not "advanced" analaysis, its simply expeeiance in body fat, most guys overeetimate how lean they are, a real 6% body fat looks like an alien, that coupled with the fact that all of these advanced systems out there are innacurate, i would say im very close on these numbers.I didn’t even realize how advanced our eyes were in terms of body analysis . Imagine the money we could save if we just ditched expensive equipment and just looked at people more.
Why? Are you any of the fighters above?
HIGHLY doubt you're at 20% bf weighing 255 at 5'10. No one has a FFMI at 28+ without being on roids and genetically gifted. The FFMI is notoriously shitty. It's especially unreliable for predicting steroid use as your body fat goes over 10% or so.
Example, I'm 5'10ish, 255 pounds and pretty fat (20% or so).
That puts my FFMI at over 28. I look absolutely nothing like arnold.
There is no exact way of mesuring bf%, even dexa scans are notoriously innacurate, if you're experianced enough, you can do a better job with you eyes

Wow, internalised fat, im guessing the FFMI scale doesnt take that into account, holy shit what about weight of internal organs, veins, blood, hair? Wtf are you on about dawgJust no, please stop, internalised fat says Hi, you know him he hangs out around your internal organs........
That's my point exactly. The FFMI is a stupid system. If you think 255 at 20% BF isnt achievable naturally, I don't know what to tell you.HIGHLY doubt you're at 20% bf weighing 255 at 5'10. No one has a FFMI at 28+ without being on roids and genetically gifted.

Im guessing these guys arent all that hydrated since a lot of theme cut weight and you also dont want to be taking a piss in the middle of a fight, just stopYour eyes do not take that into account and levels of hydration say Hi too........

You try to get back to the point of being normally hydrated and you piss the rest out, if you're holding excess water you might have diabetes, you should get into contact with your doctor if that is so, also the ffmi scale takes water into account, the more muscle mass you have the more water your body holds, because muscle is mostly water, also one of the reasons muscular fighters can cut more weight, generally speaking ofcWhat do you think you do after making weight the day before, do you even know what a water cut is..........
Stop being a troll........
Oh so he said 25 but to bunch GSP in there we have a “point” of 24.You missed the point that even above 24 it would be highly suspect for an MMA sport due to the catabolic nature of endurance trainings. FFM is also not a percentage
20% bf at 5'10, 255lbs would put your FFMI at 29,2. No, I call bullshit on that one. Your bf is probably closer to 30% than it is to 20%. How do you know where you are at?That's my point. The FFMI is a stupid system. If you think 255 at 20% BF isnt achievable naturally, I don't know what to tell you.
No, you again missed the point, you should go back and read it again, i said anything above 24 for a fighter would be very suspect because of the catabolic nature of mma training, bodybuilders and fighters dont train the same, not even closeOh so he said 25 but to bunch GSP in there we have a “point” of 24.
And my bad, been dealing in percentages and automatically typed that.
