Calling them fajitas is a bit of a stretch, it's chicken in nando's sauce with red and green peppers in a wrap. It's fucking good though.

Fajita seasoning

1 tablespoons corn starch (optional)
2 teaspoons chili Powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Store in a jar or air tight container.

Sprinkle 2tablespoons on top of cooked beef or chicken in your skillet. Pour in a half cup of water and bring to a simmer. Cook until reduced and thick.
