I'd also prefer the clock be counted down NBA style

I'd give both Managers a red flag per each half to throw on pitch to contest an egregious call too.

Lose your first contest & you get the 2nd one taken away

do they keep the red napkins in their socks like NFL coaches?

Kinda is,had no horse in the race, but you had millions of uneducated nobheads, that thought brown people or people with a lot of Z's in their name, where taking over their country.
"but but but we're just a small country who dont have enough houses for everyone"

Plenty houses are available up north. They just have shit economies because London keeps everything to itself. Deleted our manufacturing industries & imported from cheaper countries.

Here's one.

Last time Rooney won PL player of the month was a long SEVEN years ago...peaked at that time and declined steadily since.

LOL at using player of the month as any type of gague to a players long term form.....likes of Dorgba, Schmichel, Vieira have never even won it. Must have been shit.

For what it's worth, Rooney had his most fruitful Premier league season in 2012, in term of goals scored.

Thatcher & Blair>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Hitler.

Joe Hart won Golden Gloves award. We all saw how that worked out for us this past summer.

Individual awards in team sports are just silly beauty pageants

Okay you're right, but in terms of performances he peaked in the 09/2010 season,at age 25.He kept scoring after that but couldn't replicate the form from that season or seasons before.
His best period was 2004-2010 and from thereon he never improved his game when he should've been in his prime.I think he has been a vital player but a bit of unfulfilled potential.Just my opinion though.

I think goal line tech has improved things. So long has there is a strict set of guidelines for the reviews, I'd be onboard.

Things like ruling out a goal because there was a shirt tug in the build up would create all sorts of problems.

Yeah. But lets all keep focused on what might've happened if Roo dint get flagged for offside.

Wow a solid fee for Memphis AND a buy back clause AND a sell on clause. +40m this winter on players who have done absolutely nothing this season and didn't even need China to do it

[smull1]

Sorry for being off topic
steady on old boy,we may still get in on that Chinese money,Ashley Young is thinking over a move

Can't really argue.

I'm not a fan, especially him playing as a midfielder, but it seems as though he is starting to take his fitness a lot more professionally

Maybe we may see a more productive Rooney who can play off Zlatan's shoulder in some games.

Doubt it tbh but its clear he's trying to earn his place back & in a befitting manner. So perhaps deserves a little more patience, now. At 300k/wk you would've expected better though, tbf.

Inside the penalty area of Liverpool's box. A missed yellow a most.
