just a couple of random gloves

A little something, something. I got the Hayabusas coming in and a pair of promexs.

What worries me more than the weight (12 oz. is more than enough for the most as the bag/mitts gloves if the padding is good) is that he is not willing to offer different densities of the layers, so basically they are not going to be very protective since they are more likely meant to be fight gloves. So in the end in case of topboxer IMF is unfortunately the way to go even in case of the bag gloves.

hi
just a Little correction here...
we do offer foams of different densities that are perfect for shock absorption.
but yes you are right IMF,S are better.
because we make IMF with the high quality material and they are customization.
but at the end its one,s personal choice to go with either.....or you can go with something real classic which is horse hair that we are going to launch real soon...same pattrens as gloves made by RAY FLORES of california
thanks

Mate, I was referring to this:

layered foam are less protective and we can,t make them hard or soft as per personal requirements.

So you stick with the opinion your IMF outlasts layered foam and is more protective (regardless whether it is used on a bag or for sparring)?

What size are the Winning and Bills, kind non-"Jessica" spat wearing sir?

Lol. Both are 16oz. I REALLY wish my bills were less padded and less stiff. it feels great on the hand, the profile is the best I've ever seen in a glove, including winning.

The lining is pretty tough and it gets REALLY hot in there. But it does absorb sweat very nicely.

If I could open up my hands, have less padding on the hand and actually have some padding on the bottom of the wrist I would definitely get another pair and I would think they stack up great against winning.

hi
IMF are definitely a long lasting technology if made with the superior materials , the same materials they use in making sports car seats.
just as a hint we use the IMF,S made with same technology a very famous sports car company uses for making its car seats.
the whole IMF manufacturing unit is imported from Italy.
its a comparison to let our respectable customers know that we are not just making gloves but we are making them to their best using state of the art technology.
and letting you choose the maximum level of customization that no one else does in the whole world.
the bottom line is that its all upto your choice if you want to select IMF,S or layered as we are making both so you just name it and we make it.

pleas give us a try and i assure you won,t be disappointed sir.

our weight precision is better then even winnings.
winings gloves maybe 15.5 or 16.3 but all our 16 oz fit exact spot on 16.0 oz

thanks

With the layered foam vs IMF, I did find that the layered foam more shock absorbant and so better for my bagwork. When using on my coach's hard mitts Id often hurt my hand in them though actually. IMF was perfect for that.

Just picked up a pair of Twins Specials Black Pink Flourish in 16 oz. for my girlfriend from Fighters Inc. down in Ormond Beach, FL. The guy who I dealt with, even lowered the retail value so when it was shipped it would not allow UPS to look to tax me for brokerage fees. Best part, ordered today, shipped today.

Ive currently on a pair of Hayabusa Kenpeki 1.0 gloves . After 2 and half years of use i have a tear near the index region forming .

Im considering the Cleto Reyes 16 oz . How do you like yours?

I've had them for about a year, No deformation of any kind. Mine are 14oz. But I really think they're heavier than that the weight stated. Highly recommended. If you're looking for something durable, these are my #1 pick.

Skip 16oz Reyes. Reyes come in heavy so 14s will be 16s.
