Don’t get why you would randomly stop at 30 lmao. Like should I put on my reading glasses and start reading a book by the fire every night puffing my Corn Cob pipe

I'm 41 and do. I didn't actually become a gamer (if you don't count playing as a kid) until I turned 35 oddly enough. I just got out of a 9 year relationship and was bored and stated playing all the time. Even though I moved to another state and am married now... The gaming stuck.

40 here, been playing for 20plus and i will never stop.
i'll be 80 and still be playing
fuck anybody that has a problem with it

Didn't stop when I hit 30, or even 40. But I don't play much at all anymore (I'll be 48 in a few weeks). Just prioritize my time differently now, and video games just didn't make the cut. I do still enjoy them when I get the time to, but I'm more into 'fun' games than anything (Mario Kart etc).

Definitely still play. In fact, I paused a game to post in this thread. I can't imagine a future where I don't play video games. I play with my kid and I assume I'll play with my grandkids when that day comes.

Man, I wish!
I had a real problem when I was younger. I’d lose hours upon hours gaming. I’m finally making good money now and could pick up whatever system I’d like and check out all of the games I’ve missed but I’d lose more off time than it’s worth. Still miss it though.

i just turned 30 this month, and i already havent been playing much really. Starting to get back into the groove though

I was playing video games until is was 29 and it was 11:59 on the 364 day. Then midnight hit and I had to stop. I also had to buy white new balance shoes and dad jeans.

Seriously though, yeah, I still play video games. Beats just getting drunk and watching sports.

I'm 29 and still play almost every day. anywhere from 1 hour, to 10 hours depending on work and how in I am into the game I'm currently playing. online multiplayer games pretty exclusively.

I have a group of friends that I've pretty much grown up playing games with. so I'm not playing alone, but socializing/staying in contact with them at the same time. some of the best moments and hardest laughs I have ever had during adulthood, havent been at parties or in person get togethers, but online playing games with 2-6 of my friends. games will always hold a very special place in my heart, its nearly impossible for me to imagine ever truly growing out of it. I've been playing intensely competitive games since I was around 10 or 11. back before any of the kids my age even had an origional xbox yet, I was already playing pc games with adults around the world like cs 1.6 and such

I'm very competitive so I mainly prefer games with a very high skill ceiling

Been playing since Pong in the 70's. 6th grade at the skating rink....Space Invaders, Missile Command, and Asteroids. Donkey Kong a few years later. 52, next month and still playing. Why stop now? It keeps you sharp....and young.

Kind of sucks for people that don’t play video games. They will never have the same depth of media experience as you do with video games and will miss out on amazing stories, on that note some of the best stories I’ve ever known are from video games.

I do . Mostly Mario maker and Mario kart . Some cod but I suck at Warzone . Thinking about getting valheim looks pretty good.
