it's absolutely ridiculous to suggest that Dustin Poirier isn't one of the greatest Lightweight fighters of all time. The man has put in the WORK and he's proven time and time again that he's a force to be reckoned with. And anyone who disagrees can just sit back and watch as Poirier continues to DOMINATE the competition and cement his legacy as one of the all-time greats.

So let's give it up for Dustin Poirier, the Lightweight GOAT in the making!

Whenever you want to introduce someone to MMA, just show them a DP fight. Preferably his war with Hooker, those men beat the fuck out of eachother.
 
He's a great fighter for sure. He always brings it. After the McGregor fight he got a little conceded but the guy can fight his ass off.
 
Hall of fame for sure bur if champion material is at height 100 inches, Poirier stands 99 and he can never grow that final inch.

Oddly enough, Conor clowned him very easily in their first fight too. None of the 3 fights were very close.

Yeah Conor got in his head and Poirier didn't box back then. Despite having similar experience (time in the sport), you can say Poirier was a greener fighter than Conor was back then.

The roles revered and Dustin showed McGregor who daddy is. Don't get in this shot of you aren't all in, you can, and in Conor's case, will get hurt.
