Considering Poirier compares himself to Bisping’s legacy I think it’s you who needs the ego check buddy!
I disagree, what has Dustin done? What Dustin's done in his career is worth more than knocking out no chin Luke and riding off into the sunset, belt or no belt
I mean Bisping did beat Anderson Silva. Albeit a washed and older Silva but he still beat the so called “GOAT” of the division.Porirer has the ability to beat the top 5 in the division whereas Bisping.. well you know the story. Bisping hit a home run and ran with it.
Poirier is a far better boxerNot really as a striker Bisping is a better boxer and better kicker. Hes slso less prone to brawls and has better takedown defense
Off the top of my head beat gaethje, Alvarez, and Max, Bisping may officially have had the belt, but Dustin is more of a champ in and out of the cageI disagree, what has Dustin done?

It's honestly not close

yeah not really. Bisping got the match with Luke on short notice which certainly aided himNothing alike

I agree bisping is underrated on here but Rockhold is the only elite fighter he beat in their prime. The best fighters he beat in their primes are Rockhold, Akiyama, and Belcher probablyRockhold, Hendo and Anderson Silva. Bisping is constantly underrated.
he had CLOSE decision losses to wanderlei and sonnen. Sonnen at least, was in his prime.I agree bisping is underrated on here but Rockhold is the only elite fighter he beat in their prime. The best fighters he beat in their primes are Rockhold, Akiyama, and Belcher probably

It was a close fight. Wand was getting outworked and outpointed, but managed to almost finish bisping at the end of 2 and 3Wand was well past it and still clearly beat Bisping.
That's not a point in favor of Bisping.
I haven’t watched the sonnen fight in several years but I remember it being pretty one sided. Could definitely be wrong about that though.he had CLOSE decision losses to wanderlei and sonnen. Sonnen at least, was in his prime.
Silva was washed, and Poirier lost to Zombie almost a decade ago.Weird cause Bisping outboxed Anderson Silva and Poirier got boxed up by Korean Zombie
def not one sided. Wandy had a hard time closing the distance, and bisping would take him down when he tried.I haven’t watched the sonnen fight in several years but I remember it being pretty one sided. Could definitely be wrong about that though.
Just rewatched the chael fight you’re right extremely close fight could actually see an argument for Bisping winning 1 and 2. Think I mixed up the that fight with the Kennedy one. Really a testament to Kennedy’s grappling ability that he could control bisping on the ground for extended periods.def not one sided. Wandy had a hard time closing the distance, and bisping would take him down when he tried.

Poirier outboxed Max Holloway, who is far better than a washed Silva (or any version of Silva really)
