PLEASE HELP - Im a little scared!

Hepatitis also causes dark piss.

That is some scary shit, rhabdo I mean.

Seems kinda unlikely that you could rip your quads to a carcrash state w/ leg extn's... Unless hes Chuck Norris.

You've heard of 'squat till you drop' like guy just Leg Ext till you get aids and die.

Asking a bunch of random strangers for advice....esp those with no medical background is a very poor idea.

It can be anything from nothing(dehydrated or blood that got in your urine) to kidney failure...so why not tempt fate and go see a doc...you may have an undiagnosed condition....

leg extensions are probably not the best of things to do.....million better exercise varioations out there...

You did a stupid challenge that you were completely unprepared for and now you are painfully sore. Your piss is dark because you haven't been drinking enough water. That's probably making your soreness even worse.

The weight room is a place to train. It is not a place for stupid noob challenges.

lol winnar.

Normally I would laugh, but this time I feel guilty by association.
I hope flameboy is alright.

It can be dehydration that causes the muscle pain and brown pee.
You need to go to the doctor.

Well actually it's tough shit I'm his Bro, so I get all his stuff automatically!! I'm making room for it all now, cos I just left him, in his hospital bed!!!

This aint no joke!!

Of course not....he is "dying" in the hospital and first thing you did after coming home is to write report on sherdog.com

Flameboy is in hospital, he is being treated for Rhabdomyolysis, he is on a drip and his system is being flushed through. The Dr is keeping him in just to make sure things are ok. Thank you all for all your kind words. He is thankful, to anyone on this thread who actually said anything constructive. Many thanks
