I never said the Whittaker fight was a fluke, I said it was clearly a freak injury and was not representative of Khamzats ability to finish anyone who is actually elite.

Khamzat has much more to gain by trying to grab a LHW title, while Alex gains little by beating Khamzat when a Jones or HW title is within reach.

Nobody is just running through Alex not even Jones, and definitely not Khamzat.

Also btw, I am on record stating Khamzat would run through DDP easily, because I knew DDP couldn't defend TD's from the Brunson fight. He's not a good defensive wrestler at all. Now I'm here telling you Khamzat is NOT running through Alex.

I understand why Khamzat wants the fight and I understand why Alex is going up. Why cut weight when you can beat the tar out of most heavyweights? Why cut weight when there is more money to be made at HW? Alex's precision striking is going to be a real problem for most of the sub-par heavyweights that occupy that space. Even if Alex doesn't beat Tom or Jones (assuming Jones fights) he can likely extend his career another five years if he wants to.

Also, Khamzat, defend your belt at least once.

Saying that the pre existent issue with Whittaker's jaw didn't play in how Chimaev won is like saying that Pereira's issues in the first Ank's fight weren't a factor and that the rematch'd have played the same.

Khamzat's BJJ coach Alan Nascimento (who's competed multiple times against Burns) only gave him a purple belt after the Burns fight. You seriously expect a guy who's only trained BJJ for a few years to feel comfortable on the ground for 3 rounds against an elite BJJ world champ?

Khamzat literally said he wanted no part of Burns on the ground after Burns grabbed his arm, but now a few years later, Khamzat has been awarded his black belt from Nascimento, and with way more experience he probably feels a lot more comfortable.

The most exciting fighter in the UFC is called boring here based off one fight. This place is very unserious and trash.

If there is anyone more exciting then Khamzat Chimaev in that 1st round in the UFC i would quit sherdog and not only that I will stop watching MMA Altogether.

What he said was "I had a whole speech prepared for tonight but instead Id like to take a moment of silence for Jon Jones's brother" so, using any brain cells you may have had left, why would he not give any speech he had prepared unless it was to call out Jones? I didnt see anyone else on the card taking a moment of silence for Arthur. Plus, he's hinted moving to heavyweight.

Believe what you wanna believe but he was 100% going to call out Jones. No other reason he would have pivoted from his planned speech.
