Right, but the president falsely and recklessly claiming that millions of ineligible voters voted is a step toward that. He said that following a race he won before he took office. If a sitting president makes that kind of claim in a race he lost, we have a much bigger problem. Right? I'm not seeing why you can't admit that. The only way it's not a problem is if no one takes him seriously, which is its own problem (that we have a president who is regularly dismissed and quietly overrode by his own people).
He keeps saying stuff that sounds stupid, and it keeps coming up as somewhat true. Do I personally think "millions" of votes were fraudulently cast? No. I think back in the day people used to vote 5-6 times, but that was like a hundred years ago. Pretty sure it's not that common. Would it surprise me, with the good-guy badge the party that gets less good by the month thinks it has, if there was voter fraud on the left, with some surprisingly big numbers in areas prone to it? No. That would not surprise me. It would not have surprised me if there was voter fraud against Obama in some blood red back woods districts, either.
