And then they went on to discuss how pretending the economy is great. Just because the stock market is up has been a terrible plan and that people really are hurting at the gas station and at the grocery store and that if the Democrat party doesn't address that they can't win.

I got uncomfortable during the race part also because I'm just tired of hearing about that as if it's the central factor in everything but they didn't really stay there and they went on to discuss things that really matter.

I don’t understand how they can sit there and say whoever isn’t on with a female president is a misogynist (which is probably true), but then find it ok to group people together by race and assign them a collective value of how offensive or misogynistic they are. “Those black men are some of the worst ones” like seriously? -Simple. For over a decade I stated i wasn't going to vote for any candidate until they specifically addressed the SF housing crisis in the country and private insurance reform. I have a financial background in lending & home loans as my first real career outside of my family's buisness.

PE firms have done absolute shambles to the housing market in many decent areas. Not just the prices which are hurting newer home buyers. The rates are making them unaccessible too many hard working stable Americans. Then their DTIs are tanked with gouging & inflation.

You can't reel in inflation without increasing interest rates. It is like you want you cake and to eat it, too. The fact that you work in finance and don't understand this is weird. Trump throttled everything with low interest rates prior to covid and then you had covid relief that as put together with him and congress. That has to unwind as inflation or higher interest rates.
