@revoltub

Also everything on a shitty camera is blurry
this is from the original film and its a lot clearer

i think this footage ranks alongside Commander Fravors tictac account off the San Diego coast

Just look at those champagne glass titties!

As ever-progressing technology has analyzed this incredible footage, the more it becomes clear this is probably the only legit footage of a Bigfoot every captured. There is no way even with modern Hollywood money/technology to duplicate what is seen here. People who dismiss the PG footage don't realize how impressive it actually is. Take, for example, this gif which shows sternocostal muscles moving. This is almost impossible for most anyone to create today, let alone 1967. How could two yokel cowboys create a suit that is consistent with paleo-anthropological standards, along with muscle movement that can't be matched today ?

Any physical evidence yet? Bones, feces, hairs?

Still no?

I think the quality of the suit and how it conforms to the actor can be explained by them using real, fresh, animal skin to make it (as reported by the guy that says he was in the suit)...this is something hollywood would never do, as it would be disgusting to wear. It would create a look on par or better than modern stretchy costume techniques.

Here's a drawing that Patterson did BEFORE this encounter... sort of looks like a "concept" for the suit he eventually made doesn't it?

They even captured that exact pose in the video they shot.

What are the odds?

This is a drawing he made based on reports from locals of what they had described seeing ! He went out there looking for this creature and he captured it. Also, by instinct, both P and G referred to the creature as "he" for about 7 years. It wasn't until the mid 70s with some tech advancement that people saw it was a female.

If this was a suit, why can't any of the top Hollywood costume designers replicate it ? BBC spent $75k trying to recreate this suit and failed. The guy who did Planet of the Apes said he wasn't able to duplicate the suit.

Bob is a liar, and I can prove it. He claimed back in 2001 that P and G paid him $2000 to wear the suit - which even back in 1967 was a ridiculous amount. But he forgot about inflation because back in 1967, $2000 was worth $6000 in 2001 value ! He's lying.

Fat dude in a hair suit, filmed from far enough away that you can’t see the zipper, it’s a solid piece of work though. These guys would have never guessed their prank would still be captivating people 50 years later.

One of your facts that’s he’s lying is that he forgot to add “adjusted for inflation” lol.

No, it's that he forgot how insanley high $2000 was worth back in 1967. Why the hell would two yokels pay him the modern equivelant of $7000 to wear a suit for a 10 minute production ?

There is no evidence this is a suit. On the contrary, all analysis shows this creature is in lock step with all paleo-anthropological standards. People saying 'it's a guy in a suit' don't have the evidence on their side.

You literally get the same sort of bunching and bulging around the shoulder/chest on any cheap suit you’d buy at Men’s Warehouse. It’s not a difficult effect to recreate, if you’ve got even a thin lining on the chest sewed to a padded shoulder the garment will pop when you extend range of motion.

Isn’t there a guy on record saying he was wearing the suit? Also, since Bigfoot doesn’t exist, and hair suits do, who is kind of a huge point in favor of the hair suit crowd. Lastly, since there’s no verified record of how a Bigfoot looks/moves, the standards are just a guess, there’s no basis of comparison that’s of any value. It s fancy wrapping for saying the guy in the hair suit was walking funny.

Bob H claimed it was him. Here's the problem. He said back in 2001 he was paid $2000 back in 1967 to wear the suit for one hour. That's equivelant to almost $8000 in today's money. He's lying. Plus, his dimensions don't match the creature in the video.
