I shouldn't say this but, he didn't die suddenly, he went to Switzerland to be euthanized and die with dignity surrounded by his loved ones. His suffering is over, it's time for the Prince of Darkness to jam with Randy again.

I mean if there was one country to see some sights before passing Switzerland would definitely be near the top of that list.

Without Ozzy and his part in creating heavy metal, I wouldn't have my career, my friends, my bands. I don't even know If I would have a purpose in life if it weren't for Ozzy. Thank you for everything.

Lucky enough to have seen Ozzy and Sabath a couple of times in my life. They created something that will endure well beyond their lifespans.


Aside from his musical legacy he found the love of his life had kids and watched them grow up. Probably a whole lot more than he thought he would ever get to do.

Yes, I doubt these things will be made public, but yes it is true.

I am speculating that this was the plan before the show even happened which makes the performance even more powerful, heartbreaking.

Dude was a legend but went downhill after the reality show. Solo career was never as good as Sabbath. RIP. War Pigs is an anthem.

I remember first watching 'Meet The Osbornes' and seeing Ozzy and thinking 'oh he doesn't have long to live.'

Had no idea he was only in his early 50s.
He looked and acted much older.

Wonder if they planned that farewell concert, knowing his health was poor. The clips I saw, he was singing while seated.
